"Y'all gon' make me act a fool..." Party Up by DMX
Spring is here and soon most children in America will be waltzing back into school from spring break. Suddenly the days are longer, the weather is warmer, and just like that spring fever is here!
I don't need to reference any article to tell you- after ten years of working in schools, even the most mature students are at a significantly higher risk of acting a fool or losing their cool. 😂
So as the countdown to summer break begins, bring your patience and remember why you've worked so hard to set routines. My advice: bring your sense of humor. I used to love seeing the complete nonsense some of my students got into this time of year. Best of luck! 💐

Easy Breath Work with Kids: I created a compilation of calming routines for kids. These are awesome to teach before your child is in their feelings. Watch it here.
That's not my name: I spent last week reflecting on lots of data. At one point I thought I'd make more videos for parents/teachers to use with their kids. That's why I've been calling myself "Miss Natalie." But I decided to move in a different direction and focus just on videos for adults. So, I am no longer "Miss Natalie," just Natalie. 😊
Dice, dice baby: Want a fun way to study for quizzes? Get dry erase dice! On each corner you can write sight words, multiplication tables, or any other things they need to memorize. It can turn studying into a game.
Make an entrance: I recently bought this cute patterned mat for our entry way. There is a lot of clay in the soil where I live, so after the rain I hate seeing orange footprints around the house. I fixed that by buying an orange floor mat . The dirt doesn't show and it's easy to clean.
Have a great week!
