Founded by Natalie Parmenter, a former elementary school teacher with a decade of experience, Primary Focus bridges the gap between parents and educators, ensuring children thrive both in the classroom and at home.
Natalie has taught various grades, including fifth, first, and kindergarten, primarily in North Carolina. She also spent two years teaching first grade at an international school in Hanoi, Vietnam. Her diverse teaching background includes implementing programs like Leader in Me and the IB Primary Years Programme.
A proud graduate of California State University, Northridge, Natalie was part of the Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP). In 2020, she earned her Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University and was a Teach For America '12 corps member.
